SAN FRANCISCO – October 4, 2016 New Context, the leading provider of Lean Security for software and infrastructure development, today announced that the company has appointed Azadeh Ghiasvand, a 25-year veteran of Silicon Valley, as vice president of engineering.

Mrs. Ghiasvand’s career includes roles at ExactBid, Cast Iron/IBM and Netscape with experience across strategic planning, program management, quality assurance, engineering operations and professional services. She has deep knowledge and expertise in managing and executing projects in an onshore/offshore delivery model, and comprehensive understanding of complete software development methodologies for SaaS and on-site enterprise applications. Mrs. Ghiasvand has also worked closely with strategic partners such as AT&T, DTAG and Swisscom for sales enablement and ongoing management of global partners.
